The core focus of this role is to support various regions of EMEA including UK, Northern Europe and wider EMEA countries with all aspects of campaign management

This role will be based from the UK Strand office

You will support the Agency and client Sales teams in all aspects of campaign management

You will demonstrate a proactive, forward thinking approach to ensure we deliver on all campaigns and projects to the highest standard 

The ideal candidate will be proactive and solutions driven, with excellent communication skills in a entrepreneurial and ever growing environment 

Ideally you will have knowledge and experience working across various systems including: Adtech, Liverail, Data Management and Ad Viewability systems 

You will have knowledge across all products and screens within Online Media including: Display, Video, Mobile, Apps, CRM and all leading Rich Media vendors 

Campaign and Order management

  • IO planning and coordination including:
    • Running availability forecasts for campaigns
    • Liaison with AM team to support the MRG levels that have to be met for key websites and products
    • Liaison with traffickers to ensure all campaigns are trafficked accurately and timely following requirements in CRM booking system
    • Attending regular meetings with mapped sales members and stakeholders
    • Coordination of unique rich media/creative solutions executions utilising resources from the various teams as required which will include Sales, Operations, Account management, Editorial, Product, Design and Finance
    • Make active suggestions to sales to ensure IO/Campaign can reach optimum performance from the outset using research and analysis from previous campaigns
    • Analysing campaign performance followed by proactive optimisation
    • Analysing and comparing stats between Perform and 3rd party stats
    • Sales, Agency and client contact at various levels including email, phone and meeting them at external events/meetings
    • Campaign admin duties including: Ad ops inbox and shared drive management 

Other duties

  • Active team member, attending team meetings, cross training each other, sharing information and attending team, company and 3rd party events
  • Being able to prioritise and delegate across your own mapped work, to do lists and the wider teams workload on a day to day basis
  • Creation and management of Workflow documents to support team
  • Troubleshooting ads and sites where required
  • Providing out of hours cover on occasions based on business needs
  • Providing cover for various team members and regions based on business needs
  • Active part of ad testing and trafficking new and existing products
  • Intermediate Project Management skills, be able to meet deadlines
  • Be influential for sales when it comes to new processes and platforms and be an active member helping executing new products
  • Suggest new revenue making incentives, improved workflows and efficiency
  • Active member and liaison with Industry groups including: IAB, AOP, NMA and Admonsters

Skills required

  • Essential: Minimum 2-3 years Ad Ops experience with knowledge of Display, Mobile and Pre-Roll products and adservers
  • Essential: Project Management skills – Intermediate level
  • Essential: Commercial and revenue delivery skills
  • Essential: Excellent Communication skills
  • Essential: Trouble shooting skills including tools such as Ghostery, Firebug etc
  • Essential: Team Player
  • Essential: Operational background
  • Desirable skills: Using an Order Management Tools such as CRM, Salesforce, DSM, Solbright, Operative Dashboard, Fivia
  • Desirable skills in HTML, Javascript and Flash
  • Desirable knowledge of the digital landscape including programmatic trading
  • Desirable analytical skillset including Macros, formulas and Pivot tables
  • Focused, Proactive and Solution Driven
  • Proven track record of hitting tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Self motivated and positive outlook is essential
  • Able to manage pressure and difficult situations professionally
